Freight can be arranged for stocked products, benchtops, slabs and project orders depending on item size, weight and destination.

For larger or fragile orders, freight is quoted separately so the best carrier and handling method can be selected.

Oakwells takes care to prepare goods for transport with the packaging and protection needed for the product type being shipped.

Freight services are selected based on practicality, safe handling and delivery access at your site.

How Freight Works

We review the items, dimensions, destination and site access details to determine the right freight approach.

Where required, freight is priced separately and confirmed before dispatch, especially for bulky, long-length or fragile products.

Once ready, your order is dispatched with the selected carrier and moved according to the agreed delivery plan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods and that access conditions match the details provided at the time of booking.

Freight timing varies based on stock availability, order complexity, destination and carrier schedules.

If preferred, eligible orders can also be collected directly from Oakwells by prior arrangement.
