This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal residential use.
What’s covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Structural integrity of the vanity cabinet
- Drawer runners, soft-close systems, and standard hardware
- Finish quality and adhesion under normal residential use
- Hardware and products supplied by Oakwells
What’s not covered
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic ageing, or minor variations in colour/grain
- Damage from improper installation or failure to follow installation guidelines
- Water ingress or swelling due to inadequate sealing or plumbing leaks
- Misuse, abuse, impact damage, or exposure to harsh chemicals/cleaners
- Alterations, modifications, or repairs by unauthorised persons
- Commercial use or installations in non-residential environments
Warranty eligibility
Installation must be completed by a qualified tradesperson in accordance with our installation guidelines.
Proper maintenance is required. Silicone seals should be maintained and plumbing leaks addressed promptly to prevent water damage.
